Description
DV cleared ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Role is inside IR35 so applicants will need to go through our preferred umbrella company.
We are seeking a ServiceNow expert to do a mixture of administrative and development/implementation work. We are especially interested in anyone who has experience of the implementation of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in ServiceNow and/or Field Service Management
Responsibilities:
*Build of service catalog items and workflows in IT Service Management (ITSM) and CSM modules
*Completion of enhancement requests and new functionality requests to meet business needs
*As part of a implementation project team, build and deliver solution ensuring user requirements (Stories) are delivered to specification.
*Where requested, lead aspects (eg demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes the customer.
*Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform
*Where necessary help out with day to day admin tasks on the ServiceNow platform
*Provide coaching for more junior colleagues sharing experience and accumulated knowledge to help them develop
*Preparation of documentation as necessary
Person specification:
*Experience managing, maintaining and developing ServiceNow ITSM application
*Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD application
*Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow Field Service Management application
*Experience of testing and creating test scripts
*Strong knowledge of ITIL principles
*ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD
*Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working
*Fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time
