We are currently looking for an IT Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d) for an international client of ours.

Location: Düsseldorf (other international locations possible)
Start: September 2022
Position: Fulltime
Language: English , further languages are welcome

Job purpose:
Responsible for driving the Modern Digital Service Management towards transformation to an efficient premium digital solution to revamp the organization in terms of Monitoring ,Tooling , Automation & Orchestration. ensureing high availability and usability across efficient IT landscape

Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation towards Modern digital service management and integrating the support
tools together to drive efficiencies
- Supports creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption
- Ensures platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance
policies
- Supports in driving the Now Platform and drive building the operating model.
- Maximizes value by supporting in new additional business demands that the platform allows
- Presides over the technical governance board and is involved in all governance components
- Works to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy
- Drive the Monitoring ,Tooling , Automation & Orchestration across the IT organization ensuring
effeciency amd high availability across IT Services
- Ensures effective governance is in place - ensure changes are fit for platform, process and roadmap
alignment

Skills:
- Several years related work experience in IT Program Management, IT-Service-Delivery / IT-
Operations /Service Now Experience
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with different partners at different levels (service owners,
customers, users and suppliers) and to integrate in different team situations
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence multiple executive level stakeholders
- Focus on continuous improvement of services
