Job Title - Trainer | Soft Skill
Reports To - The Trainer will report to the Program Owner duly assigned and will follow the Org. hierarchy.
Job Overview - The trainer will be responsible to design templates, run campaigns, represent data using instructional design and perform the role of a SPOC for all training related activities. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and delivering Sessions. Trainers need to possess excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient demeanor.
Need to have:
- Extremely good soft skills & language training experience (Preferably with corporate experience)
- Who must be able to train both US/UK resources along with offshore resources.
- Must possess great command over the way they speak
- Primary candidates should be a native/fluent speaker and trainer of the English language.
- Or candidates who are from UK or who have been in the UK for more than 5-6 years with proper language certifications
- Candidates must possess a global or neutral accent while speaking.
- Stay in the budget and this role is on-site.
Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience - Minimum 8 - 10 years. in a similar role
