Description

HR Service Delivery Program Lead with a strong change background required for an ASAP start. As part of the Global People Portfolio team, you manage the planning, delivery and reporting of the global HR Service Delivery Program. The client are starting with the ServiceNow HR module and will be going out to tender for their new HRIS system implementation once this is complete. The programme is likely to run for 3 years.

Role: HR Service Delivery Program Lead

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months initial with view for extension

Location: Hybrid London/remote - 3 days on site required per week

Rates: £700 - £800 per day inside IR35

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and own the program plan to deliver HR Service Delivery processes and enabling technical solution
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing and management of relevant work streams against plan: Process, Solution design, testing and implementation and change management
  • Act as the change advocate for Service Delivery across processes, systems and changes to ways of working
  • Work with CoE leaders and HR Directors to ensure relevant process changes are implemented
  • Own the change management plan for HR Service Delivery and ensure appropriate change management activity is carried out
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, as well as recommend and implement corrective action by engaging and influencing senior leaders
  • Work with HRIS Leadership and the Technology function to deliver enabling solution
  • Report progress on the above to HR Leadership on a weekly basis

Skill and experience required:

  • Previous experience leading global HR Process design and deployment, and implementation of enabling solution
  • Excellent working knowledge of the HR 'hire to retire' process life cycle and operating models
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience managing the global HR process taxonomy including tracking of ownership and changes to service delivery
  • Experience working in complex global organisations
  • Experience with Tier 1 HCM system essential, ServiceNow for HR desirable
  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies through this and other technology
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of initiatives and strategies
  • Communication & interpersonal skills - applying different communication tools and methods to influence senior stakeholders through strong relationships. Ability to convey business requirements and technical needs in a clear, concise and effective manner.
  • 10+ years' experience supporting business-led change programs, preferably within a global organisation or recognised management consultancy
  • Educated to graduate/post-graduate level (or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English
