Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Should be able to independently conduct CRP sessions, conduct demo and gather requirements
Perform fitgap assessment and suggest solutions for the gaps Configure Oracle SCM cloud to meet business requirements
Functional knowledge: Oracle SCM Cloud
BE with MBA (preferred)
Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation specialist (Must Have)
CSCP/CPIM/CPSM/CSCMP Certification to demonstrate domain knowledge (Nice to Have)
Experience:
10+ years experience in Oracle SCM (EBS R12 or Cloud)
4+ years experience in Oracle SCM Cloud
At least 2 full cycle SCM cloud implementations
Should have worked in client facing role in the past
Detailed job description:
Should be able to independently conduct CRP sessions, conduct demo and gather requirements
Perform fit-gap assessment and suggest solutions for the gaps
Configure Oracle SCM cloud to meet business requirements
Prepare application, integration & Reports design documents
Prepare test scenarios & Test scripts and execute test scripts
Help business with testing, track and close defects reported
Provide data conversion strategy, design data conversions and test
Plan and execute cut-over
Provide hypercare support
Collaborate with Offshore (India) team; track and review deliverables
Collaborate with customers for gathering requirements, getting sign offs, status reporting etc
