New Markets Change & Training Manager/£ Day Rate (Inside IR35)/Remote Working/6 months +
Parity Group are recruiting on behalf of a global retail organisation, who is looking to recruit an experienced New Markets Change & Training Manager on an initial 6-month, Inside IR35 (Umbrella) contract.
This role offers remote working with site visits to Dublin or Reading when and if required.
Role purpose:Define and implement the change management and training strategy to deliver People & Culture (P&C) systems for a new market store openings.
Skills and experience required:
- Change management planning and execution experience
- Training needs analysis, training design and delivery
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Retail or similar environment experience
