Labour Model Change & Implementation Manager/£ Day Rate (Inside IR35)/Remote Working/6 months +
Parity Group are recruiting on behalf of a global retail organisation, who is looking to recruit an experienced Labour Model Change & Implementation Manager on an initial 6-month, Inside IR35 (Umbrella) contract.
This role offers remote working with site visits to Dublin or Reading when and if required.
Role purpose:
Refine the labour model country implementation approach, build comms and training materials, and collaborate with in-country change community to deliver required interventions aligned to launch.
Skills and experience required:
- Change management planning and execution experience, including comms and training design and delivery
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Retail or similar environment experience
- Knowledge of European languages would certainly be helpful
