I am currently recruiting for an exciting position as Lead Data Manager. The role will be fully remote on a 6 month contract.
Job Summary
Overseeing single or multi-service projects for end-to-end delivery of data management within budget, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Provide inclusive expertise to the Clinical Data Management team to ensure high quality data management products required by customers. Manage the team in planning, implementation, budgeting, communications and milestone deliverables. Comply with GCP, regulations, policies, CDM guidance documents where available.
Job Duties
- To ensure milestones meet timelines and quality deliverables, you will need to meet with Data operations Coordinator and/or Data Operations Team members regularly.
- Ability to establish strong communications with key stakeholders like Project managers and Data operations team.
- Provide technical expertise in executing projects and support Data Management delivery with comprehensive DM process.
- Collaborate with managers to assign appropriate resources to achieve project deliverables.
- Review and create Data management planning documents.
- Ensure resolution of compliance issues.
- Maintenance of systems and internal tracking databases.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in managing delivery of multiple projects trough full Data Management life cycle.
- Proven expertise in DM processes.
- Familiarity of Medical Vocabulary, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and/or Physiology.
- Operation procedures, work instruction and capability to apply them in practice.
- Knowledge of GCP and other relevant regulation.
- Outstanding communication skills, customer service and teamwork.
- PM skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Independent work using available resources.
- Excellent knowledge of clinical drug development process.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, or educational equivalent, in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years direct Data Management experience, including 3 or more years as a CDM project lead; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
