Change and Implementation Manager, 6 months, Inside IR35, £600, Reading
Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, an expanding retail organisation, who are looking to recruit a Change and Implementation Manager on a contract basis initially for 6 months, this role will be a hybrid blend of work from home and offices in Reading.
You will receive a competitive daily rate of £600 and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.
The purpose of this role is to refine the labour model country implementation approach, build communications and training materials and collaborate with the change community to deliver interventions aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed change impact assessment for labour model implementation
- Collate implementation lessons learnt from country hot houses and capture implications for iterating implementation approach
- Create Change management plan for labour model implementation (based on change impact assessment and hot house lessons learnt), including in-country change network, communications and training requirements
- Design communications and training materials to support launch activity
- Deliver communications and training interventions to support launch activity - in collaboration with Retail Ops and in-store People and Culture
- Definition, appointment and management of super user/champions community
- Conduct market-specific change management activity as required
Knowledge and Experience required:
- Change management planning and execution experience, including comms and training design and delivery
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Retail or similar environment experience
- Languages - helpful
