Change, Communications and Training Support Manager
12 months
London and remote working
Flexible rates - inside IR35

The role:
* You will be enthusiastic about change and delivering quality change, communications and training outcomes
* Work with colleagues to implement the change and engagement approach
* Perform day-day functions maintaining and assigning required leaning modules and training records (eg Registration, trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
* Prepare and disseminate material (eg instructional notes, feedback forms)
* Prepare and submit system and training activity reports and results

Skills required:
* Must have experience of working on large business transformation programmes
* Evidence of working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the business
* Strong organisational skills to manage workload and meet agreed deadlines
* Effective verbal, written and visual communication skills
* Experience of working in a Learning and development function
