Head of Change, Release & Deployment - SC Cleared - Contract
Rate: Up to £730 per day inside IR35
Location: Remote/London
The Role:
Head of Change, Release & Deployment is required to undertake an initial 12-month contract (Inside IR35) for a leading Government organisation. We are seeking candidates with good commercial experience in change, release & deployment who can take full ownership of the management of the release cycles of newly launched Products with the organisation.
The Head of Change, Release & Deployment role will include establishing change processes, identifying, and unblocking issues, release planning, coaching and educating the team around release and deployment.
The organisation is an Agile/Product Centric environment, so knowledge in these areas would be ideal, as would any current/previous Government/Law Enforcement experience.
Experience needed - Head of Change, Release & Deployment:
- Release Management/managing releases
- Establishing change processes
- Good communication skills
- Coaching & educating around release & deployment
- Experience of working in an Agile/product centric environment
- Able to influence stakeholders
- ITIL and Agile
