Realtor, Lars Anderson, is driven by his love for people and being able to walk alongside them in the home buying or selling process. He moves at a fast pace, is highly motivated, and loves getting to help families and investors build wealth, through Real Estate, to positively impact their families and communities. The more he achieves, the more he gives. As such, he is very committed to his volunteer work with Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge and is a financial supporter of his church and other ministries. 

A little bit about the role

The focus of your day will be to find ways to "wow" current and past clients in creative and unexpected ways via social media, client appreciation efforts, and email marketing campaigns. Your goal is to keep Lars' name top of mind by sharing his journey with his followers and to be a part of his clients' lives in a positive way. 

Areas of Focus:

  • Creatively organize client appreciation events and ideas for client gifts
  • Convert social media leads by implementing a smooth capture system
  • Provide a concierge-level of customer service
  • Create content for various social media platforms
  • Create automated drip campaigns
  • Capture Google and Zillow reviews and maintain the pages

Key Software Proficiency: 

  • Social Media and Marketing Platforms
  • CRM Programs experience

The experience we are looking for

You have 2+ years of social media marketing, database management, and customer service experience with a track record of success building an online following within a service-based industry. You know how to track your metrics and can pivot when you recognize your audience is not engaging as you expected. A background in real estate is a bonus, but not required. 

You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are detail-oriented and diligent with logistics and execution. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You have superior communication skills, both verbal and written with exceptional etiquette and finesse. You exude positive energy and creativity. 

You have the ability to quickly learn the culture and mission of a brand and deliver its message on behalf of the owner. Your experience with content creation and well-developed writing skills help you to outshine your competition.

The Details:

Salary: $50-$75k depending on experience 

Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend

Hours: Full-time, must be willing to work 10 am - 6 pm CST

Location: Remote or Hybrid if you are local, the choice is yours!
