Salesforce Solution Architect

We are working with one of the world's largest Enterprise Software Providers who are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to work on a large Salesforce implementation programme across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ.

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the business. Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives design, implementation and support activities for Salesforce.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leads the technical design and implementation of one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ.
  • Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with key Vendor/Partners to understand roadmaps and strategies.
  • Develop cost estimates and resource plans in a timely fashion.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and third party/partner development organizations for the Sales Cloud areas and related applications.
  • Participate in and provide input to IT platform strategy. Provide oversight and governance for process design within Salesforce platforms.
  • Develops self and others through training and project work assignments

Desired Experience

  • Experience in working within complex CRM and ERP systems and business change projects
  • Strong Salesforce experience in at least one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ.
  • 5+ years architecture experience
  • Exposure to Oracle NetSuite, ERP and finance systems (cash application, treasury, etc ) advantageous
