I am hiring Business Analyst - Business Readiness and process Mapping in Dublin-Ireland for 6-12 months + contract opportunity.

BA - Process Mapping & Business Readiness Job Description:

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
o Work with various stakeholders on Business Readiness of various processes.
o Create various Process Mapping post discussions with stakeholders.
o Interacting with Business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc. related to migration activities.
o Contribute as part of the team in technical discussions.
o Organise workshop with SMEs or Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless requirements gathering & query resolution.
o Creating various artefacts like BRD, FSD, SRS or Technical Specifications.
o Creating user story and conducting story refinement sessions, with various stakeholders in case the project is on Agile methodology.
o Create workflow & process flow diagrams.
o Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
o Work with the delivery/implementation teams as a SME to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.
o Drawing out various reports and charts by using appropriate tools.
o As an integral part of the NTT Data Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a Business perspective.

Job Requirements:
o 4-8 years of FIS industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations.
o Experience in working for a Bank preferred, especially in Loans/Mortgages.
o Experience of working on Business Readiness is required.
o Working experience on Business Process mapping & modelling is required.
o Techno-functional acumen is preferred.
o Extensive stakeholder management experience necessary.
o Understanding of Waterfall/Agile methodology with experience of working in both preferred.
o Good grip on MS Office suite, including Word, Excel & PPT.
o Experience in conducting/supporting UAT/BAT.
o Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions.
o Outstanding organizational skills.
