Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to support our busy Service Delivery department. The purpose of this role will be to assist the Service Delivery Supervisors with administrative duties. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a can-do attitude, attention to detail and general admin skills.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Daily collection of equipment, which will include travel between Sowton and Heathpark, Honiton
- The scanning and transferring of equipment to allow Jurassic fibre installations (between 30-50 a day)
- Complete reports that relate to remedial work that is required to allow an installation to progress, ensuring all the information is correct before submitting it to our construction team
- Creation of remedial tasks for failed installations and handing them over to the Installation Management department
- Allocation and distribution of pre-surveys to the Service Delivery Supervisors (a pre-survey is the work we do before every installation to ensure it can be successful on the day)
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
- Confident and proficient with technology
- GCSE Maths & English passes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- A general ability to learn and use a variety of software/apps
- Full UK driving licence (Preferred but not essential)
