Digital User Researcher urgently required to work on an initial 6-month contract.
Location: WFH/Manchester
The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a Digital User Researcher within the Public Sector.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the below skill set:
- Agile ways of working
- Prioritize and execute the end to end user research activities, this will include the scope, plan, recruitment, facilitating and also the driving of improvement in the service offered
- Experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team, setting research direction and mentoring junior research colleagues
- Demonstrable knowledge, experience in and passion for web user centred design practices
- Practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis
- Strong knowledge of best practices in user-centered research, and the ability to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely outputs.
