Description
I am looking for a highly experienced Application Manager to plan and manage the required software applications and lead the sourcing of software applications either via clients, partners, direct from Vendors, or Internal IT) for a Global Engineering Firm client of mine.
Responsibilities will include;
- Managing procurement performance ensuring deadlines are hit
- Manage Budget and associated spend
- Understanding the needs of Customer requirements and specification documents/technical documentation
- Lead the (re) definition and ongoing management of standards/working practices
- Identify opportunities to improve the technology solutions and defining the overall technology roadmap
What we are looking for;
- 4/5 years of experience as an Application Manager
- 10yrs IT experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
- Engineering Background/Construction/Major Programmes Background (this is a bonus)
Contract details;
- 6 Month contract
- Remote
- £400 per day INSIDEIR35
