Project Manager, Telecoms, Network Refresh Programme
Remote based (UK OR NL) with some travel
£500/day Outside IR35
An experienced Project Manager is required by an IT Service provider, to join a large programme of work within the telecoms sector. This is a European network refresh programme, expected to last minimum 12 months. We are looking for Dutch speaking candidates either based in the UK or Netherlands.
Initial Contract Duration: 6 months
Remote based, with occasional travel
The successful candidate will work with the Programme team to drive core workstreams, and coordinate/deliver the network refresh activities through to completion. There will be strong focus on stakeholder management, and so we are looking for strong business acumen and communication skills, and ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
To be considered we are looking for:
- Proven Project Management experience on network refresh projects (Cisco, Firewalls, endpoint security).
- Operational experience around solutions implementation, ideally this will be within the telecoms sector but is not essential.
- Project Management experience, including project set up, scheduling, planning and developing project activities and reporting against progress, risks and mitigations.
- Financial/budget management experience.
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with 3rd party providers/sub- contractors.
- Fluency in Dutch.
