Joining a growing modern financial services firm as part of a transformation project. They're building customer centric capabilities - You'll be leading on customer strategy, roadmap, and monitoring progress for existing products.
This role is flexible to be shaped around the successful candidate but as an overview:
What You'll Do
- Develop overarching customer experience strategies
- Develop roadmaps, informed by research, analysis, and feedback from customers
- Define customer segmentation
- Be a key part of forming the Customer Experience team
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Recent experience in the Financial Services industry
- Leadership in transformation projects
- Proven track record in customer experience or digital strategy roles
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience leading teams would be desirable
