Scrum Master/ Delivery Manager in AmsterdamFor an international company focussed on delivering great new products, we are looking for a scrum master who has managed several software teams and understands delivery management and project management. We are looking for a candidate to start in February.
Our clients is focused on a large digital transformation across a high number of countries with a high number of different applications. As they are building a total new landscape, we are looking for a very Agile candidate who can increase quality, speed, and progress.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Guiding the development teams to use best Agile/ Scrum practices.
- Using Agile project management skills/ methodology to deliver products and projects.
- Coaching the team to achieve higher maturity levels.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the product road map and drive and create user stories.
- Work with the team to fill in specific gaps in the agile/scrum framework.
- Participate in the Delivery Management team/ community.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and communicate progress and set delivery targets.
Must haves for this role:
- Worked in an International enterprise on Digital products.
- Experience as a scrum Master working with software development teams.
- Work experience in Project Management in an International organisation
- Leadership and communication skills
- Worked in a fast-paced environment and experienced to deliver with strong deadlines.
- Understanding of other Agile approaches like Kanban, XP, FDD, Crystal
- Agile techniques like TDD, Continuous integration, User Stories, ATDD, Automated testing and more
- Ideally have team leading experience
- CSM and or PSM qualification, ideally first and second level
This job will be for a minimum of 1 year with possible extension. We are looking for a Scrum Master based in The Netherlands
