We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Scrum Master- Hybrid (Remote and Client Site Bristol & Stevenage) for one of their Public sector Clients based in UK.
IR35: This role is inside of IR35
Initial duration: 6 months +Extension
Location: Bristol & Stevenage MBDA sites. Remote and in the office 'as needed' which is expected to be 2-3 days per week
Experience
- Application of Agile practices within a hybrid- multi methodology environment
- Agile team leadership within large complex engineering development in a regulated industry (ideally Aerospace)
- Large scale Agile product development across multiple disciplines:
- Systems engineering
- Mechanical engineering
- Electronics engineering
- Software engineering
- Embedded software engineering
Responsibilities include...
- Provide servant leadership, facilitation and coaching
- Report team performance weekly:
- Successes against the objectives of the needs of the client and commercial needs of the SOW
- Deliverables status
- Backlog status
- Risks
- Assumptions
- Issues
- Dependencies
- Change requests that may need to be submitted or considered
- Represent team performance at weekly stakeholder stand-up meetings
- Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice
