Business Planning & Operations Lead (Ad Tech)- London- 12 Months- £59-£64 ph PAYE

A global technology company are looking for an experienced Business Planning & Operations lead to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. In this role you will partner closely with leaders in Business Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Ad Tech and Gaming ecosystem, a strong analytical and consultative strategic mindset with a track record of driving tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Be a thought partner and influencer with leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, resource planning and special projects
  • Frame decisions and contribute a strong point of view on how to build out the business
  • Be the person that can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency and collaboration
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new markets, products or verticals, including organisational design to enable these strategies

Operations:

  • Lead core sales operations processes for the team, including quarterly and annual goal setting and planning
  • Ensure we have strong plans and KPIs in place at a regional and market/vertical level
  • Lead operational reviews and business analytics to drive decision- making and review progress on goals and priorities
  • Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities
  • Conduct business research and analysis and provide actionable insights for senior leadership to support decision- making

Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in engineering, economics, business or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
  • SME in the Ad Tech ecosystem
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, sales/business operations, or marketing operations, preferably in the digital media space
  • Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven track recors of driving projects from strategy to execution
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong passion for helping build new businesses and products
  • Familiarity with SQL and CRM tools like Salesforce
