Description
Our client is working on a couple of projects which requires 2 x Project managers to engage with 3rd parties and to coordinate project plans and installations.. One project is a device refresh of their mobile estate and the other is a wifi network upgrade.
Working with both internal implementation teams and the chosen 3rd party provider, you will look to plan the sequence of events for install, work the internal comms team to communicate to branches and escalate any issues during the install stage.
Reporting to the senior project manager this role will have overall responsibility for the day to day coordination and planning of the roll out on site.
This is a 6 month opportunity working from home and Umbrella only paying £350 per day max.
The Job:
Responsible for:
- Reporting progress and working in collaboration with project team and internal teams.
- Working with business to confirm comms required and support for implementation.
- Liaising with field engineers and other teams to coordinate planning of internal work packages and deliverables.
- Managing internal work packages assigned within the project team ensuring the plan is on schedule
- Managing both communication and stakeholders
- Reporting project progress to senior project manager
- Maintaining project and resource information
- Escalation and supplier management
