We are looking to for candidates with a strong User Researcher experience
About the role: We are looking for a User Researcher, with the hybrid working requirement of either Manchester 1/2 days per week.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate have a passion for User Researching with the following skills/experience:
- Previous public sector experience
- Able to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes.
- Identifies and engages with users/stakeholders to collate user needs evidence and understands and defines research which fits user needs.
- Delivers analysis and information that addresses stakeholder needs and provides recommendations. Collaborates with user researchers and other user-focussed professions.
- Understands the social and technological context for government services. Can align user research activities to help their team understand changing user behaviour.
