As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for producing growth, bringing creative ideas, taking ownership, leading the team, creating value, generating leads, making everything trackable, E-Mail marketing, etc.

Yearly salary starting from 70,000.00€ (based on experience level)- full time & remote

Develop and lead our revenue generation and business development strategy and effort
Create strategic growth plans
Take responsibilities
Improve and manage company branding, increase client engagement and communications with creative social media, email, mobile or local marketing campaigns.
Coordinate content platforms such as website landing pages and blogs.
Improve business site’s Google ranking by adding new keywords, analyzing and optimizing web pages. Implement content development strategy for websites and blogs.
Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize our
business growth and revenue strategy
Identify innovative ways to scale up and grow business, impact, platforms, and partnership
Be a lead individual contributor to revenue generation

Job requirements:

The German Language is required (native speaker)
5+ years of proven experience leading marketing projects – ideally in complex professionals
services and/or start-up environment
Experience in the tech sector is a benefit
Proven success scaling a high-growth company or business unit
Familiarity (and training) selling across a portfolio of complex services (e.g., integrated campaigns)
Ability to execute on and motivate a team around growth and sales targets
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Experience working cross-functionally with different platforms to create a cohesive growth plan
Results-oriented – holds themselves accountable for short- and long-term success
Exceptional communication skills
