Description
• Drive the ‘hands on’ execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, execution, analysis and reporting activities.• Provide product/business expertise to drive and support the Testing approach
• Analyse requirements, write test cases and create test data under supervision of the Lead QA & Testing
• Automate the manual Test Cases using Industry leading Test Automation frameworks like Serenity/Cucumber/Selenium
• Conduct testing activities, analyse and record test results, record defects
• Retest defects/observations to ensure problems are resolved
• Assist in analysing, documenting and communicating results
• Provide test requirements and operational oversight to vendors
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and DB testing standards
• Must have exposure to Agile development methodology
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in QA and Testing role.
• Must have proven experience executing testing tasks
• Must have proven experience of Test Automation i.e., developing and implementing technical solutions in Java
• Exposure to SDLC Tools: Jira, Serenity/Cucumber/Selenium, Postman/ SOAPUI/ Any API Automation tool and ALM/ Quality Centre.
• Good understanding of test management and defect tracking process
• Good understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle
• Awareness of regulatory initiatives and experience of working within Records Management, Archiving and eDiscovery
• Ability to review and implement test process improvement
• Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent team player and open-minded approach
• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
