Job Title: GTM Project Manager
Location: Maidenhead/London (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract initially

Job Description:

  • As the Project Manager in the Go To Market (GTM) PMO team, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, and will be a critical member of the GTM PMO team, responsible for ensuring that the Go To Market segments are successful in their programs to acquire annual recurring revenue (ARR) globally.
  • In this role, we'll rely on your business and operational expertise, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving abilities to help us get newly acquired customers faster than ever before.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with key partners and working team members across Sales, Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, IT and other key Orgs to deliver the strategic initiatives to drive new customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to achieve the business success metrics and value drivers
  • Responsible for the recording scope, DACI, project timeline, task assignments, and leading schedule progress - from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies.
  • Monitor the status of initiatives and quickly identify and surface risks and issues in order to resolve them before the business value is impacted
  • Help to establish methods and metrics for tracking performance and making decisions within the extended Program Management group.
  • Help prepare operational and executive weekly/monthly/ad-hoc project dashboards for all supported functions
  • Prepare presentations for the team and senior management highlighting performance in an easy-to-understand, executive-ready manner.
  • Act as the primary source of information for the when and how of the strategic programs in the portfolio, and the overall portfolio itself.
  • Focus on developing new processes to help streamline our initiatives, as well as optimizing existing ones
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership through collaboration and effective relationships
  • Understand the unique challenges that GTM initiatives bring in a hyper matrixed environment, and approach them through an empathetic and solution-oriented lens
  • Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of PMO team standard methodologies, playbooks, processes and tools - and ensure they are effectively understood and utilized across the business
  • Identify areas of improvements to our PMO operations, and help drive improvements through our PMO scalability initiatives
  • Work with and influence other groups and functional areas in defining policy, procedures, or systems. Synthesizes recommendations and programs from functional knowledge and available data
  • Set up an appropriate communications infrastructure including cross-functional team meetings, status reporting, and informal conversations to track initiative status and keep stakeholders up to date
  • Be a support participant during due diligence and planning cycles (annual and quarterly) to understand the strategic objectives and provide a perspective on GTM integration planning, risks, and challenges
  • Strive for continuous improvement to our program management approach
  • Continuously expands technical knowledge in own and related disciplines and functional area.
  • Keeps abreast of new techniques and procedures and applies them, when applicable, to problem solutions
  • Be open to learning, feedback, and changing our team for the better

What You Bring:

  • You have a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of GTM Operations, Program Management or Business Operations experience (ideally at fast-paced software companies)
  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Proficient in MS Suite, as well as Smartsheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Lucid Chart, and other collaborative cloud-based document management/creation platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and have exceptional project management skills
  • Strong ability to synthesize and build process, understand opportunities for improvement, and inspire change
  • You are someone who doesn't get flustered easily, has a strong sense of empathy, and gets excited by the unique challenges that acquisition sales brings
  • You thrive on bringing together teams, individuals, processes and systems to maximize business value and have experience working with large, complex projects
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
