Procurement Lead

Role Title - Group Procurement

Contract Length - 6 Months

Day Rate - £200 P/D (Inside IR35)

Location - Cambridge

Key accountabilities
  • Processing contracts via Ariba, including setting up contract workspace etc
  • Processing change notes etc via Ariba
  • Managing and chasing approvals for contracts etc in Ariba
  • Managing signature process in Ariba/DocuSign, including with Suppliers
  • Informing requestor to raise the PR once the contract is fully executed
  • Any other Ariba related admin activities


Relevant knowledge and experience
  • Proficient user of Ariba platform, especially contract workspace and S2P modules
  • Good understanding of the source to pay process
  • Experience of preparing contract documents for execution.
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to understand contracts and to ensure they are 'ready 'to be processed for approvals and signatures
  • Experience of managing approval and signature process for contracts via Ariba.
