I am requiring the expertise of a Digital Business Analyst for a 3 month initial contract, delivering end to end solutions from conception to operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Evaluating solution options and consulting with a range of stakeholders to define and articulate business needs in a way that enables the design and delivery of digital solutions

· Build and establish relationships with all PMO customers by being proactive and using your initiative

· Lead requirements sessions, stakeholder interviews, group sessions, user observations and/or use other techniques to identify business need or requirement with stakeholders of all levels

· Translate user requirements into functional specifications

· Work closely with technical development teams to ensure specifications are "fit for purpose" and solutions meet user requirements and satisfaction

· Support development teams in specification refinements based on technical solution and help cascade back to business stake holders

· Perform root cause analysis to deploy appropriate methodologies for problem solving to ensure change required eradicates or reduces impacts

· Communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders / project team for evaluation

· Understand all internal processes and system dependencies, update process changes and record technology required to support it

About you:

· Excellent analytical skills. Adept at understanding complex problems and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering processes and proven analysis and problem-solving techniques

· Experience in managing relationships between external partners, business stakeholders and technical teams

· Experience in working across multiple complex products/services/system domains

· Exceptional communication & influencing skills with a strong stakeholder focus

· Proven experience of successfully facilitating workshops with business leads and external vendors, with the confidence to challenge

· Agile, Lean & Project Management methodology qualifications or technique awareness

· Excellent influencing skills, being able to identify and validate priorities and to gain agreement on requirements

· Be able to adapt to continual change, diverse, dynamic and agile environment

· Collaborative approach, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate agreement across multiple parties

· Demonstrable experience of creating user stories, epics and acceptance criteria/scenarios

· 3+ years' experience in a Digital product-led environment

· Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
