Description
Commercial Manager urgently required to work on an initial 6-month contract.Location: Hybrid / Remote / London
The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a Commercial Manager background working in the Central Government or wider Public Sector.
Ideal skills / Experience
- Public Procurement knowledge and experience in a complex market and be able to work in Microsoft IT environment (producing spreadsheets/PowerPoint presentations).
- Experience Leading on the delivery of key milestones on the procurement project plan through SQ, ITN, Negotiation and BAFO stages dependent of the procurement strategy adopted.
- Drafting, reviewing and delivering key procurement / tender documents in collaboration with other commercial partners and business leads.
- Navigating internal and wider Governance processes to secure appropriate approvals.
- Working as part of one team with the customer, project team and other partners.
