Project Manager
Whitehall Resources are looking for a Project Manager. The role is based in Whitley, and there may be some travel on site required up to 3 days a week.
The candidate must use an FCSA accredited Umbrella company for this role.
Job Spec:
Skills Required:
- Salesforce delivery experience
- Significant, demonstrable experience of delivering multiple work streams under a programme construct, risk, dependency and supplier management
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management
Experience Required:
- Significant experience managing complex IT projects with track record of delivery using a mixed delivery method (agile/waterfall)
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management
- Methodical detailed approach to work context
- Strong analytic skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Ability to manage significant risks and issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven supplier management experience
- Commercially astute thinking Ability to work to tight timescales
- Negotiation and adaptability
- Formal Project management Qualification
Experience Preferred:
- Salesforce API development
- Reporting Business change
