Complaints Analyst, Complaints Specialist, Customer Experience, Customer Services, Customer Handling, Complaint Handling, Feedback Management, Feedback Resolution, Financial Services, Banking.

A global Bank are currently seeking a number of Complaint Analysts to join their team on a 12-month initial contract. In a fast-paced environment, the role will involve supporting the company's complaints team through effectively resolving customer complaints and managing feedback to the business. Successful applicants require previous Complaints experience, ideally within financial services.

£175 - £220 per day - via an Umbrella Company

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrable Complaints experience in fast-paced environment
  • Experience or working knowledge of Financial Services
  • Effective customer handling and complaint resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to adhere to company and industry policies and standards.
