IT Trainer/MS Office Trainer - MS O365, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), iManage, Carpe Diem, InTapp, Elite3E Legal Practice Management Systems, Law Firm. London/Remote (Hybrid - 3/2). Contract £450 p/day Contract Rate Inside IR35
IT Trainer/MS Office Trainer required by prestigious city based law firm. You will train new and existing users (Lawyers, Operational Staff, Paralegals) on the use of both MS Office applications (O365) as well as legal systems including Case Management and Document Management systems.
The IT Trainer/MS Office Trainer will devise training schemes, plans and materials and engage with business users across the UK offices (and at times overseas offices via remote sessions). You will schedule training sessions on a 1-to-1 basis and small groups to enable users to make effective use of the MS Office application and legal systems at their disposal. You will also perform a floor-walking training service assisting users on a day-to-day basis.
Training will focus on O365 Apps and will cover Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. You will also be responsible for training users on the legal systems inhouse which include iManage, Carpe Diem, Elite3E and InTapp; no direct experience is necessarily required with this but experience with other legal systems such as case management, document management and practice management systems will be required.
We are searching for an IT Trainer/MS Office Trainer/Systems Trainer who has worked within a Law Firm, Legal Services, Solicitors or related environment. You will be expert at training MS Office applications and be confident in your ability to adapt to training on the legal systems employed (following inhouse initial training and development). You will be comfortable designing training courses and materials and engaging with delegates at all levels of seniority. You will possess excellent organisation, written and spoken communication skills and be confident in presenting and public speaking.
