Role: Product Manager/Product Owner
Contract Length: 12 months
IR35: Inside
Day Rate: £550- £625
Location: Leeds/WFH
About The Role:
As a Product Manager/Owner w you'll be responsible for making sure that quality products and services are delivered. You will join a multidisciplinary team so experience working in such environment would be beneficial.
You will be working with the Product Management team to
-continuously review and learn from best practice,
-building capability and talent across the product teams
-lead, mentor and coach product owners in your unit
-identify capability gaps and training needs in the product owner community
-define a product strategy & roadmap.
Key Skills:
Have a deep understanding and experience of using product management techniques, including:
- defining a product strategy
- defining a product roadmap
- shaping, owning and delivering a product vision based on user needs
- defending your product vision to challenge
- making sure products and services are created with user needs at the Forefront
- Have experience of dealing with large-scale corporate or government projects within complex organisations and working with security related stakeholders and expert teams to enable secure development
Desirable:
- NHS/Public Sector Experience
- Scrum Certificate
