The mission of our IT organization is to strengthen our partnership with the business and gradually enhance our delivery of complex IT services. You will be part of a challenging environment, with a lot of change and managed uncertainties, within a big and complex organization. You will be part of a story where the future IT organization is being drawn, and we are looking for professionals who can help us shape this future.

This concerns a new function with a partly new team to be constructed from nearly zero. Ability both to express a vision and have it operationally executed is an absolute must.

Responsibilities:

• This concerns a new function with a partly new team to be constructed from nearly zero. Ability both to express a vision and have it operationally executed is an absolute must.
• As the Manager Quality & Control you oversee following 2 domains: The financial processes with IT: you have the full vision of our spent and how its costs are internally redistributed.
• You understand budgeting mechanisms and can structure our organization in order that operational budget follow ups are done at the right level.
• You will have a big challenge to rethink our financial model.
• The lifecycle of our IT governance framework: you are in charge that all applicable processes are documented and published, owners are identified, control mechanisms are in place, etc. We have an ongoing project to help us in setting up this target model. Your vision will be key to secure this project's success.

In your role you will:
* Manage a team of around 5 persons
* Report to the Head of Digital Platforms
* Play a key role in defining the way IT will be operating its services

Essential Skill Set:

• 5+ years' experience in a comparable management role
• Extensive knowledge of major IT methodologies (ITIL, Prince2, Cobit, Scrum, …)
• Proven experience in roles where financial management was important
• ITIL oriented and have experience with different organizational set ups with different levels of maturity.

Desirable Skill Set:
* Pragmatic but also result oriented
* Ideally you speak fluently English, Dutch & French* autonomous
* Hands on oriented
* You show leadership, are communicative and can easily set up the operational networking relations in a complex organization
