Technical Product Manager - Service Now (SNOW)
Has to be hands-on relating to everything Service Now
- Remote working with some travel to the office in Warwick.
- Duration: 6 months, with the view to extend.
- Inside IR35 but still submit candidates who want to work outside IR35. However, rate will adjust according
- Active SC clearance required
Technical Product Manager - from any domain but have the technical abilities to guide and do things.
Job Spec:
Manages product planning and development for user centric SNOW ITOM through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
- Translates customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions
- Drives technical solutions for large features/technically complex features independently.
- Creates data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
- Responsible for defining the acceptance criteria of a product feature
- Responsible for documentation of requirements, and acceptance criteria per process, provides guidance to others in working team
- Works with producers, engineering, and QA to align on feature sizing and delivery planning
- Work with customers and analysts to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journey.
- Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Maintain budgets, track investments and value returned.
- Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions.
