Description

As a PMO Analyst you will be responsible for performing multiple project support activities in order to enable Project Managers to reduce their internal administration activity and maximise focus on engaging with their clients.

Role: SAP PMO Analyst

Start: ASAP

Location: Belgium based with occasional travel to Client sites (25%)

Duration: 6 months initial

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English

Rates: €600 - €700 per day

Role and responsibilities:

  • Update project schedules as instructed by the Project Manager
  • Update project resource forecast as instructed by the Project Manager, based on the input from workstream leads and actuals from the time tracking system
  • Develop status reports and other deliverables as assigned by the Project Manager
  • Audit project risk, action and issue tracker and identify those items requiring updates
  • Assist in meetings by taking notes and documenting action items
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, etc.
  • Maintain distribution lists, org charts, SharePoint site, PTO calendar and other project coordination artefacts
  • Assist with change order coordination as instructed by the Project Manager
  • Assist with the orientation of new colleagues aligned to the project
  • Assist with lessons learnt recording and distribution

The successful candidate:

  • Previous PMO experience
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project and SharePoint
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exercise some independent judgment and take action
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal team members to establish strong relationships
  • Ability to follow directions and validate work output
  • Ability to organise own workload and complete tasks with accuracy, while balancing multiple projects
  • Proven project coordination skills and dedication to assist driving results
  • A level of knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and managing logistics
  • Experience in organising clear and easy-to-navigate project artefacts and information repositories
  • Fluent English and Dutch skills
