Job Title: Regulatory Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: initial 6 months

Day rate: £500 Inside IR35

Short Description of the Job

Our client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Manager to manage maintenance of a regulatory compliant Outsourcing Framework on behalf of the Group and Outsourcing regulatory interface.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for our clients Critical Important Outsource Framework and ensuring its ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Interpretation of new regulation and detailing any gaps and or changes required to the Supply Chain Policy, processes, and procedures.
  • Accountable for reporting the Outsourcing Framework compliance (including Material Outsource) to regulation and for evidencing this compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistently and efficiently manage the Supply Chain Framework, evidencing excellence and proactively identifying areas for improvement in response to changes in risk profile and Compliance standards.
  • Previous experience of working in either a regulatory context or within a Procurement business is ideal, but not essential.
  • Proven ability to assess operational risk across a broad and complex supply chain
  • Good understanding of outsource based policies, regulation and statutory obligations.
  • Ability to prepare and present professional reports/updates on Outsourcing activities and chair governance meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence across key stakeholders at different levels within the organisation
  • Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative
  • Proven ability to manage discrete work streams using established change management methodology's
  • Display behaviours in line with our Critical People Capabilities
