Talent Development Manager (HR Business Partner/HR and Talent Project Manager)

Manchester | Blackpool | Remote, Hybrid working 2 days per week attendance of office
Market rate inside IR35

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a HR Talent SME working on public sector/Government projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end apprenticeship cycle including procurement, supplier management, recruitment of apprentices, on programme experience.
  • Running events and workshops, to sourcing a new supplier, evaluating programme impact or designing and delivering impactful and inclusive talent development initiatives.
  • Proven solid experience of working in a capability-build environment with significant expertise in developing, reviewing and executing talent development programmes. This may include apprenticeships, internships, mentoring, diversity programmes and/or other talent development initiatives
