HR Transition Lead - People, Process, Tech - Inside IR35

12 month Contract

£850 - £880 a day inside IR35

Are you an experienced Transition Lead/Transformation Lead with a background in HR/People change? Do you have a track record of delivering change to People, Processes and Technology across multiple regions concurrently? Ideally, this will include Workday and/or ServiceNow implementations. If so, apply now for this 12-month contract.

We have 2 roles available, one to cover Europe and one to cover APAC. The roles will be largely remote with some travel to the Global HQ in London/South West England (1-2 times a month) and occasional visits to regional hubs.

The Transition Lead will join a 5-year transformation programme and will be responsible for successfully transitioning the region to the new operating model, covering people, processes. Technology and service delivery.

The HR Transition Lead will ensure the following:

  • Regional application of outputs from global delivery teams
  • Risk and issue management for regional delivery
  • Scoping, planning and delivery of knowledge capture and knowledge transfer
  • Project Management of system implementation (Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Identifying resources eg for testing/cutover activities

The successful Transition Lead will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong project management experience including managing risks and issues
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Management of transition on a regional level within HR. This must cover people, process and tech
  • Experience of Workday/ServiceNow is highly desirable
  • Experience of working with multiple delivery teams on a complex, multi-country transition project

Ideally, we're looking for someone who can this side of Christmas, but certainly no later that the beginning of Jan.

The role is inside IR35 and the rate is max £880/day.
