Would you like to work for a leading, multinational communications technology company? My client are looking for a Technology Service Delivery Manager to help support the IT transition to a third party.

Role responsibilities:

  • Working closely with different teams and IT suppliers to drive a customer focused service delivery
  • Strategic roadmap planning and future workload
  • Third party relationship management - ensuring workloads and resource alignment across technology is achieved
  • Support the implementation of the IT's strategic roadmap to support the business

What are they looking for?

  • Previous experience managing and maintaining third party relationships
  • Strong project management skills (Prince 2 qualification desirable)
  • Extensive experience working with ITIL methodologies
  • Good knowledge of business processes and systems

My client are hyper flexible with home/office working arrangements, Sunderland based.

Outside IR35 6 month contract: £400 a day
