SuccessFactors Developer/Configuration expert (EC, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
Experienced SuccessFactors Developer/Configuration required - with proven 3 years + expertise in either EC, Recruiting, Performance & Goals or Time Off.
Role responsibility and accountabilities will include:
- Expertise in Development and configuration within SF Modules
- Core SuccessFactors design, development and testing for both new requirements and current BAU process and systems which from time to time require updating/fixing or improvements.
- Design, development, and integration, including research, development, testing, documentation and delivery within SuccessFactors platform
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge across a wider team
- Management of configuration workbooks.
- Management of SAP SuccessFactors releases
- Working alongside IT application/integration SME's, monitoring and optimisation of the integration(s) between the SAP SuccessFactors platform and internal systems
Specific skills required
- SuccessFactors EC/Recruitment/Performance and Goals/Time Off/Learning/Development and Succession
- Ability to work autonomously and/or within a wider team, taking lead and showing initiative
- Good attention to detail, documentation skills, problem solving, requirements analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management - to elicit business requirements/client engagement.
- Self starter, motivator and ability to manage own work load in the main.
- Resilient, hard working, focussed
- Excellent communication skills
- Available with immediate effect ideally/within 2-4 weeks latest.
Duration initial 12 months. High potential for further extensions.
Outside of IR35
£500/day +
