Service Delivery - Broking Systems Experience
Outside IR35
2 days per week in the London Office
My client a global insurance firm is in the process of rolling out a new broking platform across its global footprint. The platform is being developed in a phased way, and the first iterations have gone live, so there is now a need for a Service Delivery professional to help set up the operational support for this system.
The Broking Specialist will be responsible for the development of the end to end operational support of the platform.
Key Skills
- Prior experience of broking systems
- Proven experience developing and managing robust processes
- Proven experience developing target operating models
- Outstanding people skills including experience managing stakeholders at C suite level
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong influencing and negotiating ability
- Passionate about customer service
- Commutable to London and happy to travel
