Problem Analyst
4-month contract with scope to extend
Market rate inside IR35
Hybrid | remote | 2 days per week London, Milton Keynes, or East Kilbride
It will be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate holds active SC clearance with experience working alongside Government projects
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Problem Manager in day-to-day Problem Management activities.
- Understanding the needs of Technical Support groups and assisting in supporting their Problem Management activity.
- Producing timely Problem Management reporting and management information to inform continual service improvement exercises.
- Updating the backlog of problems and known errors in a timely manner, ensuring they are prioritised and are an accurate reflection of the problems.
- Assisting with root cause analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in coordinating Technical Support groups.
- Documenting and maintaining Problem Management processes and procedures.
- Post Incident Reviews to ensure actions are assigned and completed.
