Description
We are looking for a highly organised, driven Trainer to provide training of policy, business and system processes to the wider company. In this role, you'll work within the Property Finance Operations (PFO) team to support the development, documentation and training of our clients standardised policies, business and system processes. This will focus on lease and financial management within Yardi Voyager, the ERP platform through which we manage all lease and finance data.
5 Key Skills Required:
- Develop a training strategy for use across the client focused on delivering business and system processes for Property Management.
- Work closely with PFO business analysts, internal property management and other finance teams to develop training documentation in English, incorporating jurisdictional requirements.
- Work with 3rd parties to translate documentation from English to local language in European jurisdictions.
- Support implementation of training platform that can be used for self-service.
- Provide on-site business process and system training to dedicated asset management and external property management users in train the trainer approach.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
- Knowledge of commercial real estate. You have at least 3 years' experience in this area.
- Your technology skills. Ideally, you have experience with Yardi Voyager or similar ERP. You're also proficient with Atlassisan collaboration tools and other Microsoft applications such as Teams.
- Knowledge of training techniques and delivery.
- Your ability to confidently hold training sessions across jurisdictions and manage the room.
- Great team energy. You're a hands-on self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others.
