Role: Senior Analyst
Location: Leeds (one day per week on-site)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £400.00
Status: Inside IR35
To excel in this role, you'll have a core background of delivering services in an ITIL structured IT environment. Supporting the Cyber Security Manager, you'll have strong relationship management skills and the ability to prioritise dynamic workload; extensive operations experience; a passion for customer service excellence and have measured and improved Service Delivery.
Main skills and experience include:
- Experience in Change Management
- A background working within operations
- Understanding of TRM processes including incident management
- Align to ITIL service management standard methodology and drive implementation of a standardised model
- Monitor & track KPI's/OKR's across Colleague IAM Lab to support and implements service improvements
- Analyse live dashboards to enable speedy identification of issues in live service and enable the recovery of failing services
