I am looking for a proactive Lead HR Data Analytics to join one of my main clients in Amsterdam. If you are data-driven, have good organisational skills and a lot of energy, you may be the one we are looking for!
About the role
As Lead HR Data Analytics, you are helping to set up and oversee a more data driven HR team and leading the Compensation and Data team (6 FTE in total). You will take the HR department to the next level by conducting analysis that will drive initiatives and provide overall support for the HR team. You are responsible for advising on, developing and implementing projects, systems and facilities with strategic impact. In this pivotal role, you will be involved in all aspects of data across systems in Human Resources.
About you
You have/are
- Higher professional degree (HBO) or a Bachelor/Master from university
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, including with business services
- Experience with AFAS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good command of English and Dutch, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills and experience in coaching and mentoring others
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to create and communicate his/her vision
- Thorough specialist knowledge on data handing, data systems and data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
