Job Title: Head of Digital Studio EMEA
Location: Shoreditch (Tue to Thur onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract (Parental Cover)
What you'll do:
- Lead all aspects of complex creative initiatives that drive the success of our marketing campaigns, including applying critical thinking and problem solving to building goals and lead cross-team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. You will partner closely with, the EMEA campaign team, regional marketing teams and the center of excellence teams.
- Build influential and collaborative relationships between client's Studio and the marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.
- Foster Creative Excellence through customer-centric design expression that meets business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance.
- Lead multiple marketing design projects and ensure focused and efficient program delivery - within schedule, budget and resources.
- Cultivate a collaborative, positive team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to partners across the organization.
- Strive for operational excellence, proactively identifying and driving areas of improvement across the design processes.
- Own and manage agency relationships that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.
What you need to succeed:
- Great Studio Managers voice an opinion, whether it's about the brief, the copy, or the process to achieve great work. They have a passion for marketing and the creative product.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A world class understanding of design to have the ability to lead projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- Skills managing agency partnership relationships, including management of staffing, contracts, production budgets, creative assignments and creative review.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
- Hands-on experience with and advocate for client's Creative Cloud products.
- English speaker (fluent or extremely proficient) German or French a plus.
- Experience working with Workday project management tool a plus.
