Compliance Advisory Lead - Asset Management - London/Remote - 3-6 months initial - Inside IR35 - £Negotiable
A Compliance Advisory Lead is required for an interim 3-6 month period. This role will be working on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week required on site at the clients London office. This role is working within the Asset Management space.
ASSET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
Requirements
- Credible senior leader with ability to manage relationships with and engage with senior stakeholders across Compliance and the wider firm.
- Significant team leadership experience including leading teams and individuals through period of change.
- Ability to direct and manage teams, making priority calls where needed. Support direct reports with training plans, career development, mentorship etc.
- Significant experience in providing Compliance advice in respect of global asset management businesses, ideally through having previously led a Compliance Advisory team
- Credible engaging with senior management and representing Compliance on relevant committees, acting as an enabler supporting delivery of the firm's strategic objectives
- It would be preferable if the candidate has significant UK technical Compliance expertise in respect of product, marketing and distribution, which has been an area of historic weakness
