We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join one of our main clients who is a market leader in their perspective field. Help and drive their business forward by ensuring that their products meet the needs of their customers and stay ahead of industry trends.Key Responsibilities:
* Translating business needs into clear requirements
* Identifying and implementing the best solutions for these requirements
* Facilitating effective communication between the development team and stakeholders
* Ensuring successful implementation of solutions into the business
* Monitoring results and proposing adjustments when needed
Requirements:
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Strong technical aptitude and a drive for results
* The ability to identify and understand current and future customer needs
* Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn raw data into valuable insights
* Experience communicating technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in an Agile environment and capturing requirements
* Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, information systems, marketing, or computer science is preffered
* Experience working within Insurance related projects.
* Currently living/working in The Netherlands(must)
Freelance/Contract options are possible, 3/2 remote/in office.
